Rewards fulfillment is also part of our service. The online Rewards Catalog makes it quick and simple for participants to shop for rewards and place orders. We automatically notify you, notify the supplier, alert our rewards center and send a confirming message to the participant when a reward is selected.

We get size and color choices from the participant when necessary and our industry-leading fulfillment center ensures we promptly ship the participant's reward right to their front door!

We also support all reward orders with responsive customer service so you don't have to. Customers can access customer support online to ask questions about product and fulfillment. All support emails are responded to within 24 hours of inquiry.

Rewards Delivery
Our recommended vendors have all committed to shipping rewards within 21 business days of member selection. We provide fulfillment monitoring so you don't have to.

Shrinkage and Breakage
You only pay for points when they are redeemed. Participants tend to save their points or never redeem them. It is usual for the total of all redemptions to only total 15 to 20% of the value of the total number of points awarded to members in your first few years. This percentage has not exceeded more than 40% for our customer base.
